The Firm

A practice built on judgement,
not throughput.

Cyber Inspect Ltd was founded in 2008 by three practitioners who had spent the previous decade running security inside institutions that could not afford to be wrong. What began as a small London consultancy is today a discreet, partner-led firm serving enterprises across 34 countries — without ever having cold-called a client.

Principles

Four commitments,
held without exception.

  1. I.

    Partner-led, always.

A named partner owns your engagement from first call to final deliverable. No handoffs.

  2. II.

    Write for the reader.

Every artefact is drafted for a regulator, an auditor, or a court. Not for a landing page.

  3. III.

    Refuse the theatre.

We say no to shelf policies, checkbox controls, and audit engagements we don't believe will pass.

  4. IV.

    Continuous over episodic.

Compliance is a program, not an event. Our clients retain us across years, not weeks.

Methodology

How we work.

Our engagement model is deliberately narrow. We take on a limited number of clients each year so that partners can remain personally involved from scoping to close.

A first meeting is always complimentary and confidential. Where the fit is right, we issue a written scope with fixed pricing, defined deliverables, and named team members. Where it isn't, we say so, and refer you to a firm better suited to the work.

We do not sub-contract. We do not offshore. We do not staff junior consultants against senior fees.
